The service
This deployment runs a commercial software product delivered over the web. Features, plan limits and prices are described on the pricing page and evolve as the product does.
Your account
Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
One person or organisation per account unless a plan says otherwise. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. The price and period are shown before checkout, and changes apply from the next period.
Refunds: [state your refund policy here]. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, attack the platform or other users, or resell it without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of what you put into the product. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you — for example, storing and displaying your data back to you and to the people you invite.
Availability
The service is provided as-is and as-available. This template does not promise an uptime SLA; if you sell one, write it here.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either side may end this agreement: you by cancelling your plan and closing your account, we by closing accounts that break these terms — with notice where practical.
Governing law

Changes to these terms
Material changes are posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
