The starter is not a billing diagram. It has a signed-in Checkout path, a customer portal, a verified webhook and a D1 subscription record. The demo plans show the flow; they are not a template licence price.

The optional AI module is a metered chat endpoint backed by an append-only credit ledger. It is not an image or video workbench, and it does not claim that an unconfigured provider will answer.

Cloudflare Deployment
The production path is a Next.js App Router build through OpenNext, a Cloudflare Worker with static assets, a D1 binding and an Email binding. The repository includes the configuration; a deploy still needs your own vars, secrets and verification.
