Provider adapters

The starter exposes provider status through lib/providers.ts. Replace the stub strategy with your chosen provider but do not leak provider-specific logic into page components.

Checkout and customer portal flows should live behind a billing adapter. This keeps Stripe, Polar, and Lemon Squeezy differences out of your UI components.
